    - The 4th Annual Front Runner Athletics Summer Training Camp is a FREE running camp open to any skill levels looking to improve their fitness and learn new training techniques.     COACHES:
    Bill Gautier - University of Tennessee Head Cross Country and Track Coach, 24 years of coaching, multiple team title accomplisments
    Jan Gautier - Baylor Boys High School and Middle School Cross Country Coach, avid runner for 30 years, Olympic trials qualifier in the marathon

    OVERVIEW:
    Each training will begin with an short informational segment. The coaches will teach the participants valuable tips for becoming better athletes as well as explain the importance of the workout.The group will then do a warm up typically lasting 15 minutes. Next they will do a group workout consisting of activities such as intervals, hills, stretching, and various drills. Lastly will be a short cool down, again about 15 minutes.

    LOCATION/DATES/TIME:
    Each workout will be 1 hour in length starting at 6:30pm.
    July 11,18,25 (Mondays) meet at Greenway under the Outdoor Chattanooga building overhang near the garden and large field and old tennis court. Parking is available near the Outdoor Chattanooga building and throughout the park.
    July 13,20,27 (Wednesdays) meet at Baylor School at the soccer fields near the back gate.

    WAIVER:

    REFRESHMENTS:
    Water and Gatorade will be available at each practice, however participants are encouraged to bring their own nutrition and hydration.

The assignation of the Archduke Francis Ferdinand and his wife by a Serbian nationalist is what provoked this war.     - Foodorama Chattanooga, the city’s first and only food truck festival, is set to take place in Coolidge Park on Saturday, August 6, 2016. The event will feature 16 of the Southeast’s top-rated food trucks, a live music stage, a Makers’ Market featuring the works of more than 20 local artists, a kids’ zone and local non-food businesses.

    Food trucks that will be featured at the event include: Angelfire 7 BBQ, Bitler Bistro, Cape Pies, Catty Wampus, Deep South Biscuit, Filipino, Holy Crepes, Mac the Cheese, Mix’d Up Burgers, Muenster Cheese, Roti Rolls, Tasting Maine, Tex’s Tacos, The Pup Truck, Tracy’s Tasties and Viet Nomie’s.

    A portion of proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Second Helpings Chattanooga as part of Chattanooga’s Grub Gives Back program. Traditionally, S'mores consist of roasted marshmallows, a slab of chocolate and is enclosed by graham crackers making a yummy sandwich!
