    Posted by Journey's Crossing

EASTER EGGSTRAVAGANZA (FREE) - Are you looking for a fun, free, family-friendly Easter event to take the kids to this year? Then look no further! You're invited to Journey's Crossing's 5th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza on Saturday, April 4th from 1:00-4:00pm at Seneca Valley High School in Germantown, Maryland (Click here for directions). This is a free event open to the public and we encourage people to invite their families, friends and neighbors!

Easter Eggstravaganza features 40,000 plastic candy-filled eggs, to be shared between age-specific egg hunts conducted as follows. Please check the website for Egg Hunt Times by AGE GROUP.

To ensure there are enough eggs for every child, we ask that your "egg-hunter" only participate in ONE egg hunt during their age-appropriate time. Children will be required to use the bags provided at the egg hunt entrance. There will be plenty of free and ongoing family entertainment, including: Music, Face Painting, Carnival Games, Moon Bounces, Magician, Easter Bunny, Community Businesses with games and prizes, and even a Photo Booth to remember the fun! Food and drinks from local restaurant vendors will be available for purchase at the event at a reasonable price. Free and limited parking will be available on Seneca Valley High School’s campus and in nearby area parking lots; just follow the signs to get to the event. We'd love for you to come back on Sunday to enjoy our Easter Sunday Services at either 9:30am or 11:15am.

In the event of inclement weather, the event will move inside the high school (food and entertainment options will be limited).
