The Louisville Bats are pleased to announce that they have teamed up with Town Planner Kentuckiana, BB&T and The UPS Stores in a joint fund-raising effort benefiting local charities. Sales of the official 2009 Louisville Bats calendar will benefit the Toys for Tots Literacy Program, Cedar Lake Lodge and Blessings in a Backpack.
The calendar is available (while supplies last) at all 30 area BB&T branches and participating locations of The UPS Store. The cost of the calendar is $9.44 ($10.00 tax included) with approx. 70% of the revenue being split between the three local charities. The local retailers pictured above have offered FREE (no other purchase required) products and/or services totaling a value of over $140.
Along with the 2009 Louisville Bats game schedule, the calendar also contains school schedules for Jefferson, Clark, Floyd and Oldham counties along with other local event information and important local phone numbers. Visit your local BB&T Bank or UPS Store to check it out... Get some FREE stuff... and support local charities all at the same time!
