Three cycling routes are planned for all types of riders - 5-mile family-friendly loop; 20-mile loop for those who would like to see more of Metamora; and a 40-mile loop for more serious cyclists looking for a challenge. After the ride, merchandise, food and beverages will be available for purchase during an outdoor fall celebration at the Historic White Horse Inn.

    Since its inception, the Exhale Ride has donated 100% of all proceeds to JDRF. Riders4Research and Team o2 have received JDRF Achievement Awards annually for their fundraising efforts.
