Support for our publishers comes in many forms. Our training and level of support not only gets you started, but it also sees you through your first year with the help of your personal sales coach. We start you off with four days of classroom training in Cleveland, OH . It is here that you will be immersed in all facets of the business - administration, production, marketing and also role play your way toward sales success with our sales trainer. Our telemarketing department will work to set up appointments for you with your local sponsors. Finally, we offer field training that is available on an as needed basis.
After your initial orientation and training period you are also encouraged to continue the learning process through national and "Rookies Only" teleconferences, regional meetings and a national conference.
