I can’t say that people are calling me and saying “I want to list my home with you or I want you to help me find my new home because I saw you in the Town Planner calendar”. However, I can say that frequently, I have people say “I saw your picture in my calendar”. Having that presence in so many homes is definitely beneficial as it is a constant reminder that I am in the real estate business, if they ever need a realtor.
