The Rouse 1993 Pulitzer Prize winning Trombone Concerto, commissioned by the New
York Philharmonic and dedicated to Leonard Bernstein, is somber, introspective, and
dance like in its myriad of tone-colors.  Coupled with Maestro Robertson's unique
interpretation of Brahms's music, this premiere orchestra will present a stunning
program   Rouse   Trombone Concerto  Brahms  Symphony No. 2.
