In partnership with California Employment Law Training Center (CELTC), the Chamber is now offering courses in Sexual Harrasment Prevention Training. Everyone taking the course will receive a Certificate of Completion.
The instructor is Jessica Braverman, an attorney with CELTC.
All companies with 50 or more employees MUST have all managers/supervisors trained on Sexual Harassment/Discrimination Prevention per the California Government Code (formerly AB 1825). If any employee has been promoted to manager, he/she has 6 months to be trained.
