The City of Escondido is hosting its first annual Escondido
Neighborhood Conference on Saturday, September 6, 2008 from 8 00 a.m. to 2 00 p.m.
The theme is  Neighbors Create Neighborhoods.  The Conference will take place at the
California Center for the Arts, Escondido, 340 North Escondido Boulevard in Salon 1,
2, 3 and the Mitchell Room  located at City Hall . Existing neighborhood group
residents, as well as all Escondido residents are invited to participate and meet
new people from their community.
