Senior Health and Wellness Day – Free Event -  Wed, 9/10 8:30am-12:30pm

The San Ramon Senior Center has invited John Muir Health to present their Health Focus Day. Come for a day of free screenings and presentations on health and wellness. The day will include many beneficial ways to live an active and healthy lifestyle. Preregistration will be required, please register at the front desk.
