Free Caregiver Resources Class - 9 23
In this class we will explore the many issues facing caregivers today. You will
learn about caregiving basics, including tools, resources and support groups. We
will be discussing adult day care, legal issues, agencies that provide help to
caregivers, case management, stress reduction and more.

president of Senior Independence, Inc. a nonprofit organization. The class is being
taught through Escondido Adult School at the Midway Plaza.
