More About Emmanuel Episcopal Church's Pollinator Garden

Members of Emmanuel Episcopal Church at 16 Washington Street in Cumberland, in partnership with many local and state organizations, will meet on Saturday, May 18, to convert a large portion of Emmanuel’s grounds from turf grass to sustainable, environmentally supportive native pollinators. We are seeking more than 120 volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks, including planting pollinators, carrying the plants to those who are planting, feeding and distributing water to the volunteers and—MOST IMPORTANTLY—people to pray for the health and safety of everyone involved and for the project’s success. There are roles for people of every age and ability level. Please sign up online at Click for Details
