Come meet author Thomas J. Leveque at Carnegie Memorial Library. He will be doing a Q&A and book signing on his new book "Jolly Roger" which is set in Lake Charles! The book is a murder mystery that draws inspiration from local folklore and history. Refreshments will be served.
