Town Planner is a franchise and we allow our franchisees to exercise the individuality and flexibility they need to be successful in their local communities. Because of this, your experience as a visitor, personal member, or business user, including the content you may read and the web site functionality you may use, may vary from community to community within our website.

Personal Membership

Personal Membership is free. We do collect a small amount of personal information about you which will be stored on our server. We will not share or sell your personal information to third parties. This site does send out a weekly email announcement to notify you of specials, coupons, etc. but you may opt out of this email at any time by logging in and going to your member profile page. Business Membership

Business Membership is available in two tiers, a free tier and a pay tier. Because Town Planner is a franchise, the services available for each tier may vary from community to community based on the business model of the publisher in each community. Should you choose to take advantage of our business membership, it is your responsibility to understand the content and functions available to you in each local community in which you choose to participate. As a business member, your relationship is with your local Town Planner publisher franchisee(s) and not with the corporate office. The Town Planner corporate office, its employees, owners and shareholders are not responsible for any agreement you enter into with your local publisher franchisee(s).

Content Posted By You

You are solely responsible for any and all content you upload to our website. You agree that no content submitted by you to this web site will: (i) violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; (ii) be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material or constitute the misappropriation of the trade secrets of any third party; and (iii) disparage the products or services of any third party.

Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by no longer using our web site, provided that all prior uses of our web site shall be governed by the agreement. Town Planner may terminate this agreement at any time and without notice, and accordingly deny you access to this web site, at our sole discretion for any reason, including your failure to comply with any term or provision of this agreement.

Regarding Franchises

The information and communications provided on or through this website are not an offering or sale of a franchise. An offering will be made only after the prospective franchisee receives (when required) a franchise disclosure document that has been registered or is exempt from registration under applicable state law. Registration does not constitute approval by any state.
