$100 - Hemby Bridge Residents
$300 - Non-residents
Additional Hour $50/Hour
$300 deposit to rent the Community Center
The deposit is refundable if ALL the regulations outlined in the rental agreement are adhered to.
The facility will accommodate approximately 100 people. The address of the Community Center Delinquent Town of Hemby Bridge property tax is now being collected by Union County, effective with 2008 tax. Please call us for any delinquent taxes on property from 1998-2007. 704-882-3940. The Town of Hemby Bridge has been accepted into the National Flood Insurance Program as of November 9, 2009.
