Established in 1999, we initially started as a Day Spa catering to our local community's relaxation needs. Over time, our focus shifted from beauty and spa treatments to a contemporary approach to pain management, while still offering relaxation services. With three highly experienced therapists, we prioritize pain relief but also emphasize a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you can be yourself. At The Third Insight, we offer a wide range of massage modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Lymphatic Drainage, Pregnancy (for those over 12 weeks), Massage Cupping, Ashiatsu, Thai Massage, and Hot Stone Massage.
