Everyone worries or feels overwhelmed from time to time. When you have a teen or young adult that is struggling you may feel like you are drowning. Maybe you feel like you are walking on eggshells or like you have tried everything and nothing is helping.

We specialize in working with young people ages 13-35 and we work with teens/young adults just like yours! We can help your teen develop coping skills to make effective choices. Parents are relieved by our ability to help their teens and to help them reconnect as families!
