Our established team of professionals has decades of experience in the field. We provide our clients by with specialized individual therapy as well as relationship and family counseling, stress management and parenting guidance.
Evaluations and Medication Management
Our team includes Advanced Nurse Practitioners who can offer psychiatric assessments for both children and adults. During this assessment, our ANPs determine whether medication is a good option in the treatment of each client's mental health. Based on the assessment, a diagnosis and a treatment plan are made. If it is determined that medication is optimal, those options will be discussed with the client.
And, if the medication and treatment plan are agreed to by the client, then our ANP will provide continued Medication Management to monitor the medication's effectiveness and to ensure the client's needs are being met.
Life and Wellness Coaching
Our team also includes a Life and Wellness Coach. She works with clients to make positive and lasting changes to their health. She works with her clients through the process of creating a vision for their health and well-being, developing a healthy mindset and healthy habits, and encouraging them every step of the way as they accomplish their goals.
