CLASSES AND COURSES
Wantok Language Initiative provides an array of Spanish classes, English classes, tutoring, and workshops based on current linguistic research and teaching practices to craft practical lessons in which students will leave speaking the language. The expectation of our classes is the students will achieve a conversational level of the target language. We offer a concrete alternative for those who want to acquire a second language quickly and efficiently. We also offer classes for the maintenance of linguistic abilities and workshops focusing on a range of topics.
By multiplying the number of people in our community who speak Spanish and English and understand other cultures, we will break down cultural stereotypes and barriers thereby creating a more unified and rich society.

We offer in-person and virtual classes.
In-person classes are located at 2210 Mount Vernon Ave. Alexandria, VA
Private tutoring can be done in the client's home or a public place if preferred.
