  • | 7:00am - 1:30pm | Shopping, farmers market
    - FROM FARM TO FAMILY

Oakland County Market is a mainstay for providing grower-direct fresh produce and flowers to county residents and visitors. The maket hosts more than 100 farmers and artisans, representing 17 Michigan counties.

A producer-direct market, participating vendors must grow or make the products that they bring for sale during the main season (May-October). During the off season (November-April), vendors may bring approved farm market type items no produced by themselves.

MORE THAN JUST FRUITS AND VEGGIES

Shoppers will find fresh vegetables, fruits and baked goods as well as flowers, artisan crafts and more.

Spend the day at the market and enjoy a breakfast sandwich or barbeque lunch served by market vendors.

The market also hosts many special events and educational programs and can be rented by the public for various purposes.

Not all vendors participate in the market year-round; many are seasonal.

Their unique New Orleans style gumbo, pasta, rice, sandwiches, specialty salads and bread pudding are like none other in the area. Terri got her love of cooking from her Mamaw and most of the recipes are those that have been passed down from generation to generation. The menu is not limited, since many of the dishes can be customized to taste.”
