The Annual Garage Sale will be held Saturday from 8am-3pm in the Longbarn at the north end of Amherst Sandstone Village.

So many items including housewares, linens, collectibles, dolls, antiques, games, puzzles, books, pictures, tools and more. We've even expanded into the pine tree building with furniture. There will be a bake sale too!

To promote and educate the general public of the history of the City of Amherst, South Amherst, Amherst Township, Whiskeyville, Henrietta, Brownhelm, and pertinent surrounding area; to promote the history of the above area's sandstone industries and its importance to Northeastern Ohio history; to preserve locally produced sandstone architecture and other historically significant structures; to cooperate with are schools and educators in the teaching of our local, state and national history.
