The Barbie “Be Anything” Tour comes to Walmart in Baldwin Park to give fans a chance to win $20,000 to make their dreams come true. To celebrate the 60th anniversary, Alysa Liu and Tara Lipinski will be on site at the event from 1:00 – 3:00 PM to share stories of how they are living their dreams.

Barbie fans will have the chance to see Barbie’s 60 Years of Careers exhibit, virtual “Be Anything” wall, career role play and dress up.

Athlete Alysa Liu, a California native herself, became the first American woman to land three triple Axel jumps at the 2019 U.S. Championships to dominate the competition and claim the gold medal. She started skating when she was just five years old, and at age thirteen, she became the youngest U.S. figure skating champion in history. She currently has her sights set on competing in the Winter Olympics in 2022.

Athlete and News Reporter Tara Lipinski is an internationally acclaimed figure skater who won the gold medal at the 1998 Nagano Olympics, earning her distinction as the youngest individual gold medalist in Winter Games history. She was also recognized as the youngest World Figure Skating Champion and United States Champion. She now serves as a TV sports commentator for NBC, NBC Sports, and Universal sports.
