MJH Services has been offering tax services in the Bedford area since 1981. The firm offers a broad spectrum of tax and business financial consulting, including tax resolution services, tax preparation and consultation, bookkeeping, business planning, payroll processing, and financial services. Their clientele ranges from private individuals and sole proprietors to partnerships and corporate entities across all sectors.
Michael is an Enrolled Agent (EA), which is a designation by the IRS signifying his expertise in taxation laws and gives him the authority to represent clients before the IRS. As an EA, Michael helps individuals resolve their IRS tax problems.
A lifelong Bedford County resident Michael’s community service experience includes; chairman of the Bedford County Commissioners, Bedford Township Tax Collector, chairman of the Bedford County Christian Coalition, president of the Bedford County Tax Collectors Association, and chairman of the Pennsylvania State Tax Collectors' Association Policy Committee, Bedford County Republican State Committeeman, and Bedford Township Republican Committeeman.
Michael has also served as a police officer for Everett and Saxton Borough, as a Pennsylvania State Park Ranger, and as a general manager for a laundry company managing more than a dozen employees.
Michael wanted to be a part of the Town planner both as a way to market his business effectively but also as part of a group of businesses whose sponsorship make possible the Bedford County Town Planner calendar and website to the citizens of Bedford county.
