Lives Well Lived Annual Event

Lives Well Lived Annual Event

More About Lives Well Lived Annual Event

Lives Well Lived is a community event that celebrates the extraordinary older adults who surround us. Last year, more than 300 community members joined us at our First Annual event whose proceeds support cultural, educational and spiritual programming for our 800+ older adults residing in Jewish Senior Life communities.

Jewish Senior Life encourages our residents to laugh – and laughter adds joy and zest to life, improves mood and strengthens resilience, making for lives well lived.

We hope you will join us this year for more laughter at the Maple Theater on Wednesday, November 13, 2019, as we present Carl Reiner’s celebrated documentary, If You’re Not in the Obit, Eat Breakfast…. followed by a themed afterglow.

FRIENDS of Jewish Senior Life remains committed to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in the Metropolitan Detroit area by engaging residents and community members in volunteerism, outreach and fundraising in accordance with Jewish values, while providing funding to support diverse programming. With your sponsorship, you inspire others, and continue building on our momentum.

As a general rule, we welcome the submission of events from charities, non-profit organizations, and municipal or community organizations such as mayor's offices, churches, schools, and the like. To get started, simply create an account. It's free and easy and you'll be able to start posting events as soon as you receive your authorization email.

If you're a business owner or you wish to promote a for-profit event, your event may be subject to the policies of your local Town Planner publisher. Some publishers may charge a nominal fee for such events, or reject them if they compete with other events from paying sponsors. To learn more about your local publisher's policies, or to inquire about adding a coupon or display ad for your business, please use our contact form.
