More About Business Plan Workshop, SCORE Minneapolis

Minneapolis SCORE has created a workshop for clients to develop a plan for their new business or to expand their existing operations, called the 21 Question Success Plan.

You don’t go on a road trip without a map, so don’t start a business without a plan. A well thought out business plan identifies areas where you might nothave all the answers, decreases failure by 50%, and gives you confidence thaty our business idea is a good one.

Clients who take advantage of this new program will learn how creating a business plan is as important as the plan itself. They will also find out why a plan works better if it gets inside you, and you believe what you have written. All clients have to do is answer 21 questions.

The 21 Question Success Plan Offers:

Easy-to-follow instructions to create a road map for your business.
A professionally written text book by a planning expert.
A business planning process that’s easy to understand and complete. Simple-to-use projection workbook to make a financial plan easy to create.
