It's time to begin your impressionist acrylic painting experience. Discover, enjoy, and relax while creating a luscious painting in a short 2 hour class with step-by-step instructions with artist Stephanie Sibits. There will be a short critique during the class to talk about composition and color while you get a feel for the texture and the magical quality of acrylics.


Supply List:
-Acrylic paint, at least 2 shades of each basic color. (ex. red, red-orange) 3 oz tubes are a good size. Bring more colors if you have them. Studio 71 or basics are good student quality. Don't buy the tiny tubes.
-A palette for the paint. You can use a flat container with a lid.
-4 stretched canvas (16"x 20'). Bring only 1 canvas to each class.
-Small water container
-Rag for cleanup and wiping brushes
-2 large flat brushes (half inch and three/fourths inch)
-Pencil or pastel pencil or watercolor pencil
-Hair Dryer
-Wear old clothes
-Bring creative self!
