More About Chef Dan Monroe of The Pantry Visits for "What's Cooking?" Series

Chef Dan Monroe from The Pantry visits when the popular “What’s Cooking?” series returns to the Fairfield Public Library, 1080 Old Post Road on Monday, September 23 at 7:00 pm. Join Chef Monroe, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, when he shares how they have transformed a simple mom and pop operation into a bustling food shop, an award-winning pastry shop and popular catering business with over 50 employees. Dan will be doing a demo, maybe even two! Be sure to register so we can plan accordingly.

The Library’s “What’s Cooking?” series features local chefs who share the stories behind their cooking lives and businesses as well as a tasting or demonstration of a favorite recipe. Look for more programs in this series throughout the fall.

All programs at the Fairfield Public Library are free. To register, or for more information about this and other programs, visit us online at: fairfieldpubliclibrary.org, or call 203-256-3160. Follow the Fairfield Public Library on Twitter @fairfieldpublib and Facebook @fairfieldlibrary.
