Emotions In Motion: 5K Run/Walks take place in communities like yours across the country, with the proceeds benefiting Suicide Awareness Voices of Education (SAVE). By participating in one of SAVE's 5K's you will be raising money for SAVE's many educational programs to prevent suicide through public awareness and education, reduce stigma and serve as a resource for those touched by suicide.

Depression is a treatable medical illness marked by changes in mood, thoughts, energy and behavior that affects more than 23 million adult Americans each year. It is the most common serious brain disease in the United States.

REGISTRATION

To register for this event click the Register Now button to get started! Once you have registered you will have your own personal fundraising page to help you with your fundraising efforts as well as your progress!
*On line registration closes at 5:00 p.m. the Friday before the walk. However, anyone who would like to particiapte can register in person at the walk! Please note that walk donations are accepted until December 31st, 2018.

RAISE $150 or more and you will receive a SAVE t-shirt!!

All VOLUNTEERS must check in at 6:00 a.m.

All sponsors will receive marketing and publicity benefits, including a FREE exhibitor booth at the Emotions in Motion: 5K Run/Walk for Mental Health Resource Fair. This is for free handouts only. NO SALES!

Print the 2018 Emotions In Motion 5K FLYER to send to family and friends and to hand out to community members. Encourage everyone you know to Register, Donate and help SAVE in SAVE'ing lives!
Dogs are welcomed! Bring your doggie to the Walk and register them at the Dogs for a Cause tent. For a $10 donation you will receive a SAVE doggie bandana and a treat for your friend donated by Bone Marche.

Resource Tables hosted by local businesses and non-profits will be available to all by 8:00 a.m. If your business or nonprofit would like to participate, please call the SAVE office at 952-946-7998 and ask for Linda or email lmars@save.org.

LOCATION & 5K ROUTE:

This year's 5K will start and end at Sturges Park. The route is wheelchair and stroller accessible. Come prepared for lots of encouragement and support along the way!
