CES at Frostburg State University will present Grammy Award-winning country music star LeAnn Rimes in an intimate, acoustic performance on Saturday, Sept. 22, at 7:30 p.m. in the Alice R. Manicur Assembly Hall of FSU’s Lane University Center.

The youngest recipient of a Grammy Award, Rimes was also the first country recording artist to win in the Best New Artist category. Since then, she has sold more than 44 million albums and won two Grammy Awards, three Academy of Country Music Awards and 12 Billboard Music Awards. She has placed 42 singles on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and has scored multiple hit singles, including “Blue,” Something’s Gotta Give” and “Swingin’.” With her latest album, “Remnants,” Rimes transports listeners to new heights with the magnificence of her powerful, soaring voice with songs such as “Long Live Love” and “LovE Is LovE Is LovE.”

General admission tickets are $48 and will be available, online only, beginning Wednesday, Aug. 1. VIP package tickets are $75 and include seating in the first two rows along with a special pre-show reception and Meet and Greet opportunity with the artist. VIP Packages are limited.
