Galen Wallace Clark is a multi-faceted songwriter, musician, producer, and audio engineer born in Riverside California from an Air Force family. Galen has played in bands such as Cellar (Winchester), Colin Phils (RVA), For Fear Itself (Baltimore), Club Sandwich (Baltimore), and The Apex Crew (Baltimore) to state a few. Recently after graduating Shenandoah Conservatory in Winchester, VA, Galen moved to Brooklyn, NYC and commercially released a 3 song electronic EP (entitled Amnesia) under the name of Wallace. Since then, Galen freelances across the country as a professional live sound engineer, record producer, and nationally touring solo artist.

From cafés in Copenhagen to bars in Brooklyn, Galen has played venues including Rockwood Music Hall Arlene's Grocery (NYC), Pete's Candy Store (NYC), Captains Bar (Edinburg), The International (Dublin), The Camel (RVA), Strange Matter (RVA, as well as Hardywood Brewery (RVA). Working as a Live Sound Engineer, Galen has been Front of House for the Bright Box Theater (Winchester), The Django (NYC), and recently at Pearl Street Warehouse (DC). Through listening and working as a sound engineer alongside artists such as Béla Fleck & Abigail Washburn, Booker T. Jones, Driftwood, and Cécile McLorin Salvant to state a few, Galen takes inspiration on the other side of the stage to a new direction. After releasing a debut solo record, Providence, Galen continues to perform, write, collaborate, and create music.
