The West Shore Symphony Orchestra presents a Tour de Force of Orchestral Color! Explore the connection of music and art with images created by art students in the Carlisle Area School District. Works include Suite No. 2 from DeFalla’s ballet “The Three-Cornered Hat” and Mussorgsky’s beloved “Pictures at an Exhibition.” Pre-concert lecture 2:15pm.

More About this Event Poster: West Shore Symphony Orchestra

WSSO is a community orchestra comprised of a wide range of volunteer musicians of many ages, including some very talented high school students, young professionals, experienced musicians, and seasoned retirees. The orchestra presents three regular Masterworks and family concerts per year, as well as summer pops concerts throughout the Greater Harrisburg area.
