Hanover Schools Education Fund's "ICEBREAKER" - the PENGUIN PLOP!!!

The Penguin Plop, presented by the Hanover School Education Fund Committee is a unique opportunity to support Scholarships and Learning Opportunities in the classroom by taking a flying leap into the frigid waters of Cedar Lake. Participants must raise $25. in donations from friends, family and co-workers in exchange for jumping into the icy waters and a t-shirt.

Plop Time Information

The Penguin Plop will take place Saturday, April 7th at the Cedar Lake Town Complex located at 7408 Constitution Avenue. There will be two shifts of Penguin Ploppers, the first registration takes place at 8:30 am - 9:30 am with the plunge at 10:00 am

Penguin Plopper Incentive Prizes

Ploppers will receive incentive prizes based on the amount of money they raise. By raising the minimum of $25, you’ll receive an official Penguin Plop T-shirt. T-shirts will be available on a first come, first serve basis the day of the plop. All individuals who do not receive a t-shirt the day of the event will have one mailed to them in April. Other prizes are awarded at the $75., $100. and $200.00 levels and will be mailed to participants in April.

There will awards for teams with a theme. Three divisions Middle School and Elementary, High School, and Adults.
