The Albert, an art and science inspired restaurant located at 228 E. Ontario, is inviting diners in for a special astrology-themed five course culinary experience on February 14, February 15 or February 16 for $105 per person. A couples perfect match for Valentine’s Day dining, each course represents a different Zodiac sign. The tasty menu includes the following:

Amuse (Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces)
• Oyster on the Half Shell with Horseradish & Vinegar Foam
1st Course (Aries):
• Red Oak Lettuce with Sheep's Milk Ricotta, Pickled & Freeze Dried Strawberries
2nd Course (Taurus):
• Buffalo Carpaccio, Egg Yolk, Balsamic, Watercress
3rd Course (Gemini):
• Duo of Duck. Duck Rillette and Foie Mousse, Blackberry Jam, Brioche Toast
4th Course (Cancer):
Shumai, Shrimp, Cabbage & Lemon
5th Course (Leo):
• Coal Fired Flat Iron Steak, Charred Soubise & Pomme Puree
Intermezzo (Virgo):
• Beet Pot de Creme with Sunflower Seeds & Pomegranate
Dessert (Libra):
• Almond Angel Food Cake with Rose Foam and Lychee
Mignardises (Scorpio and Sagittarius):
• Hibiscus and Blackberry Pate de Fruit
• Cayenne & Cinnamon Ganache Tart
