With the passion and dedication of a West Loop couple behind the project, an iconic destination has been completely transformed. The historic former 19th century church, the Church of the Epiphany, will become a never-before-seen cultural hub for the city of Chicago with the opening this winter of Epiphany Center for the Arts. Developer David Chase along with his wife, Kimberly Rachal, having said their vows to one another at Church of the Epiphany years prior, are elated to both lovingly preserve the space and found one of the largest cultural venues in the city – “All for the Good of Art, Entertainment and Events.” A designated Chicago landmark, this 42,000 sq. ft. multi-space, multi-dimensional center will house many artifacts from the former church and will offer three unique, ornate event spaces, a café, courtyard and other ancillary spaces to support the visual performing and culinary arts. Epiphany Center for the Arts will welcome visitors in to celebrate for everything from weddings to gallery showings, not to mention a wide array of live music, art, culinary and wellness programming available to the public. Chase and Rachal’s loving preservation of the space will serve the Chicago community in countless ways for decades to come.
