More About Outdoor Silent Yoga at Lincoln Common

Lincoln Common has partnered with Resonation Space to host weekly Silent Yoga at the Lincoln Common Plaza located at 2345 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago. Resonation Space, a silent yoga and fitness events company, will utilize wireless headset technology, a live DJ and the city’s top instructors every Monday and Wednesday from June 17 through August 28, 2019. Guests are invited to gather at 7:30 p.m. to end their day with positive vibes and relaxation.

Participants will wear neon-lit wireless headphones while instructors guide them through their practice to the sounds of a live, downbeat DJ, which provides a new level of calm, focus and engagement. The event is open to the public and tickets are available for purchase online for $10 or on ClassPass.

“We are excited to offer silent yoga on the new Lincoln Common Plaza,” said Andrea Metcalf, Founder of Resonation Space. “With some of the city’s top instructors and the new gathering space at Lincoln Common, the Silent Yoga summer workout series is the perfect opportunity for individuals to relax and take in the beautiful sights, after a long and stressful day.”

Just one block to the Fullerton CTA Station and a short walk to Lake Michigan, Lincoln Common is a vibrant new anchor of the Lincoln Park neighborhood comprised of new buildings and restored structures to seamlessly integrate into the existing fabric of the neighborhood. Residents and the surrounding community will be regularly entertained with a robust calendar of year-round events held beneath the SOM-designed steel trellis, which rises above the central plaza of Lincoln Common, just steps from the entrances to The Apartments at Lincoln Common.
