Wake Up and Run!! Leave on the PJs and rock that crazy bedhead and Join the Friends of Proud Lake for an early morning trail hike and run through Proud Lake Recreation Area. The course winds through a beautiful forest setting filled with diverse habitats.

After you finish the course, we invite you and your cheering section to join us for a pancake breakfast. (Gluten Free Friendly)

Your Registration proceeds will be used to fund the installation of two all inclusive playgrounds at Proud Lake Recreation Area.

The Friends of Proud Lake is a non-profit volunteer organization established to assist the Michigan Department of Natural Resources in preserving and protecting the natural, cultural, and historical features of Proud Lake Recreation Area.

We aide the staff at Proud Lake in providing educational and recreational opportunities for park visitors.

All funds raised go directly into park improvements, equipment, and events.
