More About Crystal - 1000 Hours Outside Challenge
The Crystal Recreation Department challenges everyone in our community to spend 1,000 hours outside in 2022. We have 26 Parks and Nature Areas, plus countless programs and events to help you meet this goal. If the average person can spend 1,200 hours per year watching TV then getting outside for 1,000 hours should be easy. Do on your own or register to get a Time Tracker. Registered participants complete the challenge to for a chance win a 2023 Pool Pass.
