This workshop, Editing Your Digital Photos: Basics of Image Correction & Improvement, will offer tips to help enhance your photography.

The workshop will:

- introduce participants to Adobe’s Camera Raw editing features (similar to Lightroom and other editing software)
- discuss shooting RAW vs. JPEG, and the pros and cons of each
- discuss editing sliders and controls
- prepare files for print vs. online display
- provide hands-on practice with your phone during instruction

The instructor, Michael Hunter Thompson, is a decorated local photographer who has won numerous awards.

Participants in this workshop will receive maximum benefit when they have basic familiarity with some type of photo editing software. Registrants will be required to bring their own laptop with editing software pre-loaded, along with a thumb drive containing a few personal photo files.
