The University of Maryland Extension office is offering a free financial literacy workshop for Human Services professionals on Friday, January 17, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Allegany County Health Department Conference Room One.

The goal of the workshop is to provide Human Services professionals with resources and tools they can use to help their customers improve their socio-economic well-being. Topics include how to reduce debt, how to improve credit scores, avoiding scams and managing money more efficiently. This workshop is worth 6 Tier 1 CEUs. It is free but registration is required.
