Join master West African drummer Mamadou Traore, Malinke Community Drum Circles, and Sunday(s) @ I-House for the 4th annual Drum Circle & Tribute to Dr. Martin Luther King, on Sunday, January 19, 2020. Doors will open at 6:00 pm and all guests are requested to bring a dish for 6 to contribute to the communal meal, served from 6:30 to 7:30pm. The drum circle is open to all ages and abilities and no drumming experience is necessary. Some drums will be provided but guests are encouraged to bring their favorite drum or percussion instrument. Please join in this unique form of expression in honor of Dr. King and all proceeds will benefit International House Davis. Suggested donation - $10.00. Kids are free and everyone is welcome regardless of ability to pay!
