More About Norwalk Pollinator Pathway Self Guided Tour: Oyster Shell Park
June 10, 9:30-12:30. Join us for a Self-Guided Pollinator Pathway Garden Tour in Norwalk. Handouts with maps and plant lists will be available at both sites to guide your walk. Volunteers will be on hand to answer questions.
Oyster Shell Park, N. Water Street behind the Sono Collection Mall—park at the playground lot and cross over the bridge to start the tour. Oyster Shell Park is a former landfill that has been capped and planted with native plants to support pollinators and other wildlife. The gardens are on the Pollinator Pathway and are managed by community volunteers who call themselves the Weed Warriors. Interested in joining the team?
