More About Mound Planning Commission Meeting
The Mound City Planning Commission Meetings are held at 7pm on the 1st Tuesday of the month. Meetings are held in the council chambers.
The Planning Commission is a nine-member advisory committee to the City Council that includes an appointed City Council Liaison. The Commission's primary function is to help implement City plans by making recommendations to the City Council on long range planning issues such as land use as well as current issues regarding such matters as subdivisions, site plans, conditional use permits, variances and others that are planning and zoning related. The City Council appoints residents who volunteer to serve on the Commission for three year terms.
