More About Old Time Americana History Summer Camp with Barbara Alldaffer - Ages 10+

Let’s go back in time with a Living History Interpreter and have fun learning early American skills using material from nature such as birchbark, leather, cattails, willow, clay, stone, shell, natural pigments and gourds to create baskets, pottery, paintings, weavings, musical instruments, jewelry and more. You can use these to add a touch of our common heritage to your room or to give as a gift.

This class creates a sense of thankfulness for the abundance of nature and genius of our ancestors! We may even have time for early American Folklore, games and dancing to live old time banjo music!

This class is taught by local artist, musician, former Jamestown and Murphy's Landing Interpreter, Barbara Lance Alldaffer.

All supplies are included in the price.

This class runs three consectutive mornings:

Wednesday, July 6, 2022 - 9:30am to 11:30am
Thursday, July 7, 2022 - 9:30am to 11:30am
