More About Annual Sand Sculpture Contest
This year’s contest theme is “Nature.” The registration table opens by 9:00 am at the beach, but groups may begin as early as 7:00 am. Judging starts after 12:00 pm with awards at 1:00 pm. Anyone can participate and there will be prizes for all thanks to the Friends of the Indiana Dunes.
Whether building or not, come vote for your favorite in the “Peoples’ Choice Award at Noon”.
There is an entrance fee to get into the Indiana Dunes State Park: $7 for Indiana plates and $12 for Illinois plates.
