More About Excelsior - Lake Minnetonka 4th of July
The Excelsior-Lake Minnetonka Chamber of Commerce proudly produces and hosts the only public 4th of July fireworks event on Lake Minnetonka. Beginning early in the morning, until well past dark, we welcome you to be a part of the 4th of July experience on the shores of Lake Minnetonka. Bring your family and friends to enjoy a 4th of July that kicks off with a Firecracker Run and ends with a BANG!
EVENT SCHEDULE:
- 7:30 AM: Firecracker Race 1 mile, 5k and 10k
- 11 AM: Water Street Kid's Parade and Popsicle Social
*Parade starts at Kowalski's and ends in The Commons*
- 11- 1 PM: Free petting zoo in The Commons
- 10 AM - 10 PM: Food trucks in The Commons
- 4-6:30 PM: School of Rock at the Bandshell
- 7:15-9:45 PM: Silver Warehouse at the Bandshell
- 9:50 PM: Fireworks show at Excelsior Bay
