Helping Handbags Luncheon & Auction

The Salvation Army of Sacramento Women’s Auxiliary is having their Helping Handbags Luncheon & Auction fundraiser on Saturday, October from 10:30am - 2:00pm. The fundraiser will be at the Citrus Heights Community Center, 6300 Fountain Square Drive, Citrus Heights, CA 95621. There will be over 250 handbags available to bid on in the silent auction ranging from $30 to $200 and up.  There will be a section that includes travel luggage and items for children. There will be a boutique where you can buy donated new and used jewelry with also gently used handbags for $20 and under. There will be children’s painted art on display and during the lunch portion of the program there will be children performing hula dancing. There will also be a live auction with great experiences.  Experience examples are:  3 hour yacht cruise on the Sacramento River; hot air balloon ride in Napa with wine tasting at Corison Winery; Scribner Bend barrel tour and wine tasting for up to 12 people with gazebo rental and pizzas; 49er tickets; Kings tickets with a back stage tour; lunch with Bradford Anderson from General Hospital, Philharmonic Symphony tickets, restaurant gift cards and more. Go to sahelpinghandbags.org to learn more and purchase tickets.
