More About DAR essay contest
Daughters of American Revolution are hosting an essay contest with two levels — American History Essay Contest for grade 8 and Patriots of the American Revolution for grades 9-12. Every student who participates will receive a certificate and a flag pin. A rubric will be used for judging the essays. The deadline for entries is March 15. All students in a public, private, or parochial school, and those who are homeschooled are eligible. For more information, call 814-243-5485.
