Track and Field (Ages 6-10 Years) @ Lindenhurst Park District

Track can produce some of the greatest and most healthy athletes. Many different aspects of track and field will be covered and practiced. The kids will play games that will improve their stamina, and increase their passion for the sport of track. Hurdles, sprinting, relays, long jump, and many other events will be played and recorded. The kids will love trying to compete not only against their peers but themselves as every week we shoot to beat our previous records.
