- 7:00 pm Welcome from Home of the Sparrow
- 7:15 pm Dinner is served
- 8:00 pm Bidding Ends
- 8:30 pm Live Auction
- 9:15 pm Carousel Horse Race
- 9:45 pm Bar Closes, Closing & Check Out
