The connection of brain and body is undeniable, as the central control center the brain has various functions. During this interactive series we will dive into the importance of brain health and ways to maintain it. On June 5 come join us for our first session where we will discuss the importance of brain health. In addition, we discuss some of the facts and myths around research and people of color.
All presentations take place at the Richmond Heights Community Center (Kiwanis Lodge), 27285 Highland Rd. Register for the programs by calling Zakiya at 216-848-0595. If you are an older adult age 60+ that would like to have lunch with us prior to the presentation, be aware that lunches MUST be reserved separately from the presentations by calling 216-650-4029 no later than the Tuesday prior to the presentation (May 30 for June 5, June 6 for June 12, June 20 for June 26). Additionally, a lunch registration form must be completed at the time of the meal. Lunches are served at 11:45AM.
